Cookie Policy of Wingman AI

This policy explains which cookies and similar storage technologies Wingman AI uses: on the website wingman-ai.com and in the desktop app. Who processes which data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.

1. In short

Wingman AI does not use cookies for advertising, tracking or profiling, neither on the website nor in the app. We store only what is necessary for sign-in, security and features that you request yourself. No consent is required for this (section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG), which is why there is no cookie banner either.

The website's audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) works without cookies and stores nothing on your device. We load fonts and all other files of the site from our own server, not from third parties.

3. Desktop app

The app is not a browser and does not set cookies in the usual sense. It stores on your device:

• your sign-in (access and refresh tokens), so that you stay signed in,
• your settings, for example language, theme and whether error reports and usage statistics are turned on,
• Wingmen, Skills, the memory of your Wingmen and your own API keys.

This data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, sign out or uninstall the app.

4. Deleting or blocking cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time. Without the sign-in cookies, you cannot sign in on the account page; without the referral cookie, a referral code will not be pre-filled. Everything else on the website continues to work.
